芳香整理对机织物服用性能的影响

Influence of Aromatic Finishing on Woven Fabric Wearing Characteristics

探讨3种机织物经芳香微胶囊整理液整理后的性能变化。通过测试涤纶平纹、涤棉府绸、纯棉府绸在整理前后织物的抗起球性、悬垂性、透湿性、芯吸效应、接触冷暖感、透气性指标,认为经芳香整理后,织物的透湿性、芯吸效应、接触冷感均有所增强,悬垂性、抗起球性均有所改善,但透气性有一定程度的降低。

Performance variations of three kinds woven fabric finished in aromatic micro-capsule finishing solution were discussed. Performance indexes including pilling resistance, drapability, moisture permeability, wicking property, sensation to coldness, air permeatabilty of three kinds fabric i. e. polyester plain, polyester cotton poplin and cotton poplin before and after finished were tested. It is considered that after aromatic finishing moisture permeability, wicking property and sensation of coldness all increase in a degree, drapability and pilling resistance both are improved but air permeatability reduces in a degree.
