摘要
为提高转杯纱成纱质量,对络筒机上空气捻接器的安装位置进行了调整,并对捻接工艺参数进行了优化。通过对纱架、气圈控制环、空气捻接器小车进行适当改造,并在工艺控制及管理操作方面采取有效的措施,开发出满足高速整经要求的纱疵少、无接头的转杯纱。结果表明:通过改造,减少了成纱中的有害疵点,提高了成纱质量。
To improve rotor sprnning yarn quality, location of air splicer on cone winding machine was adjUsted and splicing processing was optimized. Through modifying creel, balloon checking ring, air splicer ear, adopting effective method in processing control and management operation, little yarn defects and knotless rotor spinning yarn not only could be developed successfully but also could satisfying high speed warping demands. The result shows that yarn quality could be improved and yarn defects could be reduced through modifications.
