浅析色纺纱对染色原棉质量的要求

总结色纺纱对染色原棉的质量要求。分析了原棉染色前后各项质量指标的变化情况,提出染色原棉的成熟度系数选用在1.6~1.8之间;细度控制在1.72 dtex^1.89 dtex,短绒率控制在15%以下;棉结控制在20粒/g以下等指标,并对原棉的接批提出了具体控制范围。

Demands of colored spun yarn on dyed raw cotton were summarized. Changing situations of each quality index before and after dying raw cotton were analysed. It is suggested that maturity coefficient of dyed raw cotton should be in 1.6 to 1.8, fineness should be in 1.72dtex to 1.89dtex, short fibre content should be controlled below 15% and neps should be controlled less 20 per gram. Precise controlling rangesin replacing raw cotton is pointed out as well.
