摘要
对中粗号纱采用预湿上浆工艺进行浆纱实践。通过对比传统上浆和预湿上浆这两种不同上浆工艺的浆纱效果和织造效果,得知:采用预湿上浆工艺后,上浆率有所降低,浆料成本有所下降;织造时经纱断头率降低,织机效率得到提高。指出:采用预湿上浆工艺时,必须合理设定压辊压力,防止纱线带水率过大,造成轻浆现象;采用预湿上浆工艺可使纱芯内部含有水分,有利于提高纱线弹性,从而更好地满足织造要求。
Pre-wetting sizing processing was carried out on pure cotton middle and coarse yarn. Through contrasting sizing and weaving effects of traditional and pre-wetting sizing processing, it is found out that after adopting pre-wetring sizing processing sizing percentage is reduced and sizing cost is saving. In weaving warp breakage is decreased and loom efficiency is improved. It is pointed out when adopting pre-wetting sizing processing squeezing roller pressure should be set rationally to prevent light starching. When adopting pre-wetting sizing yarn core will contain water, which is helpful to increase yarn elasticity and satisfy weaving demands.
