分析片梭织机边断纬疵布形成原因和防治措施。通过生产实践总结,认为片梭织机边断纬疵布形成原因主要由制梭机构调节不良或制梭块损坏、纬纱制动器调节不良、片梭不良、投梭扭力不良、纬纱传感头故障、纬纱质量问题、人为操作等造成,并有针对性地采取防治措施,基本上杜绝了边断纬疵布,提高了产品质量,为企业创造了更好的经济效益。

Reasons and prevention measures of projectile loom defect cloth with side weft breakage were analysed. Through practical production it is summed that the main reasons are shuttle drag mechanism lack in adjusting or shutter swell being damagined, weft brake lack in adjusting, worse projectile, worse shooting-in torsion, weft sensor fault, weft quality problem and man-made reasons et al. After adopting particular preventions the problems could be stopped, production quality and enterprise economic benefits could be improved.
