单织轴剑杆织机生产双层织物的体会

Experiences of Producing Double-deck Fabric in Single Beam Rapier Loom

为了改变以往在单织轴织机上生产双层织物需要预加张力、无法进行接经的做法,对在Gammax型单织轴剑杆织机上生产双层织物进行了研究,认为该织物的生产难点是经纱织造缩率不同导致的开口不清,通过改变穿综方法和停经片穿法,并在织造时加大上机张力、采用低后梁、调整开口时间、适当提高停经架高度、加强挡车操作等措施,使织机效率由最初的50%提高到90%,布面质量也得到了提高,可以进行接经生产。

To improve the method of adding pre-tension and unable to twist-in when producing double-deck fabric in single beam loom, practice of producing double-deck fabric in Gammax single beam rapier loom was studied. It is considered that producing difficuhy is shed clinging that caused by different warp shrinkage： Through changing heddle draft and drop wire draft method, in weaving process increasing loom tension, adopting low back beam, adjusting shed time, increasing creel height, strengthening operations et al, finally loom efficiency could be improved from 50% to 90% , fabric surface quality is increased and twist-in is available.
