慢性心力衰竭患者血清β_1肾上腺素能受体自身抗体的浓度与心功能的相关性研究 被引量:1

Relationship between anti beta1-adrenergic receptor autoantibodies and cardiac function indexes in the patients of chronic heart failure

摘要 目的分析慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)患者血清抗β1肾上腺素能受体(beta 1-adrenergic receptor,β1-AR)自身抗体浓度及其与患者心功能指标的相关性。方法选择CHF患者78例,正常体检者82例作为对照组,测定抗β1-AR自身抗体浓度、左心室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF),进行6min步行试验(six-minute walking test,6MWT)以评价患者心功能,并研究抗体浓度与心功能指标的相关性。结果CHF患者抗β1-AR自身抗体浓度显著升高(P<0.05),与走距(r=0.43,P<0.05)及LVEF(r=0.51,P<0.05)呈正相关。结论CHF患者血清抗β1-AR自身抗体浓度的增高可能是患者心功能恶化的重要因素,该抗体浓度可协助判断CHF患者的心功能及预后。 Objective To assess the clinical significance of the change of serum anti betal - adrenergie receptor autoantibodies concentration in the patients of chronic heart failure ( CHF ) and its relationship with cardiac function indexes. Methods 78 patients with CHF and 82 healthy people ( control group) were enrolled in the study. To measure the levels of serum anti betal - adrenergie receptor autoantibodies concentration by using SA - ELISA test, walking distance by 6 - minute walking test and left ventrieular ejection fraction (LVEF) by eehoeardiography. Results Blood level of anti betal - adrenergie receptor autoantibodies were significantly higher in heart failure patients than in the healthy people ( P 〈 0.05 ) and it was positively correlated with walking distance ( r = 0. 43, P 〈 0.05 ) and LVEF ( r = 0. 51, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The increase of anti betal - adrenergie receptor autoantibodies may be associated with the deterioration of cardiac function in heart failure patients. The antibody concentration may be a predictive index of cardiac function and prognosis of patients with CHF.
