摘要
以不同浓度的烯效唑对催芽水稻种子实施浸种处理,通过发芽盒试验,以研究烯效唑浸种对水稻幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明,运用适宜浓度的烯效唑浸种(5mg·L-1)可以适当降低水稻幼苗株高,增加茎基宽、根长、根条数和根干重,提高根冠比和充实度,增强植株生理代谢,达到壮苗的效果。
The different concentrations of uniconazole solution was carried on the seeds of speeding bud rice through germination box to study the effect of seed soaking with Uniconazole on physiological and biochemical index of rice seedling. The results indicated that us- ing proper seed soaking with Uniconazole (5 mg·L-1) could decrease plant height, increase stem width.root length.root item and root dry weight, promote root-shoot ration and enriching, strengthen plant physiological metabolize, so could strengthen rice seedlings.
