摘要
采用NCⅡ交配设计和田间试验的方法,对具有代表性的3个水稻三系不育系与5个旱稻品种所配制的杂种F1代的11个主要农艺性状进行配合力分析。结果表明,旱稻亲本在抗旱相关性状上的一般配合力较高,在产量性状上的一般配合力较低,协青早A和珍汕97A有较高的产量潜力。筛选出较好的恢复系旱稻亲本IRAT109、巴西陆稻和比较理想的杂交组合珍汕97A×IRAT109。
Combining abilities of 11 major agronomic traits in fifteen F1 of three male sterile rice lines and five upland rice varieties were analyzed by field test according to NC Ⅱ design. The results indicated that GCA of upland rice parents played an important role in drought tolerance and yield traits. The male sterile rice lines XieQingZao A and ZhenShan 97A had high yield potential, and the upland rice variety IRAT109 was elite restorer line. One elite combination was obtained as Zhenshan97A×IRAT10^9.
