黑龙江省工业循环经济发展对策探析

Exploration on the Countermeasures of Recycle Economy Development of Heilongjiang Industry

工业在国民经济发展中的主体作用,决定了工业循环经济在循环经济发展中的重要地位。黑龙江省是资源型大省,是我国的重要工业基地,且有着良好的整体工业基础。但是随着经济社会的发展,资源日益减少,自然环境逐步恶化,经济发展速度也明显落后于全国平均水平。基于此,我们剖析了黑龙江省工业循环经济发展的优劣势,并针对黑龙江工业循环经济的发展提出了相应对策。

The overwhelming role played by industry in national economy determines the leading position of recycle economy in industry recycle economy. Heilongjiang province is abundant in natural resources which is one of the important industrial bases of our country and it has a favorable and integrated industrial groundwork. Whereas the development of science and technology has resulted in the re- duction of natural resources of Heilongjiang, the gradual deterioration of its environment and the noticeable lag of economic development speed behind national average level. Hence the countermeasures are brought forward after our deep thought on the advantages and disadvantages of the recycle economy development of Heilongjiang industry.
