顶空气相色谱法测定知母提取物中8种有机溶剂残留物 被引量:1

摘要 目的:采用顶空气相色谱法测定知母提取物经过大孔吸附树脂带入的苯甲苯、乙苯,对二甲苯、间二甲苯、邻二甲苯、苯乙烯和二乙烯苯类残留量。方法:采用DB-WAX毛细管(60 m×0.32 mm,0.5μm)色谱柱,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),程序升温,进行顶空气相色谱法测定。结果:8种有机残留物完全分离,在所考察的浓度范围内相关系数均在0.997以上,回收率为97.8%~108.3%,检出限为0.05~0.08μg·ml^(-1),精密度的RSD为0.4%~2.7%。结论:该方法简便易行,结果可靠,可用于知母提取物中大孔吸附树脂残留物的测定。 Objective : To establish a method for the determination of benzene, methylbenzene, ethylbenzene, p-dimethylbenzene, m-dimethylbenzene, O-dimethylbenzene, phenylethylene, divinylbenzene of residual with macroporous resin in anemarrhenae extract by head-space gas chromatography. Method: DB-WAX(60 m × 0.32 mm,0.5 μm) capillary column was used, the detector was FID, the column Temperature rose by program. Result: Eight residual solvents were completely separated. The correlation coefficients of linear range were over 0. 997, the average recovery was 97.8% - 108.3 %. The limit of detection range from 0.05 -0.08 μg·ml^-1, and RSD of precision were in the range of 0.4 -2.7%. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, it can be used for the determination of organic residual with macroporous resin in anemarrhenae extract.
