摘要
目的:制备一种以环丙沙星与四苯硼钠缔合物为活性物的PVC膜环丙沙星选择性电极。方法:用此电极以标准曲线法对盐酸环丙沙星及其两种制剂进行含量测定。结果:电极的响应范围10^(-1)~10^(-5)mol·L^(-1),斜率为37.4 mV/pC,平均回收率为97.7%,RSD=2.4%(n=8)。结论:方法灵敏度高,操作简便,结果与HPLC法相符。
Objective: To preparation A PVC membrane eiprofloxaein (CFLX) selective electrode based on CFLX and sodium tetraehenylborin molecular association complex. Method: The electrode was used for the determination of CFLX and its preparations by standard curve method. ResuLt: The electrode exhibited response for CFLX with a slope of 37. 4 mV/pC over the concentration range of 10 ^-1 - 10^-5mol . L^-1. The average recovery was 98.1% with a RSD of 2.4% ( n = 8). ConcLusion: The method has good sensitivity,and the procedures of this method are simple. The results obtained agreed with those by HPLC method.
