本文主要通过对中印俄三国经济发展指标、产业结构特征、商业环境和人文环境、市场需求潜力等宏观经济环境,包括科技人力资源和创新能力在内的资源禀赋,金融市场化程度与管理、税收制度和关税水平等方面现状与趋势的分析,对三国投资环境进行比较研究。

This paper intends to evaluate the investment environment in China, India and Russia and tries to make a taxis in accordance with their quality and potentials. This paper has made the use of statistical analysis and comparison, with focus on the trends and status of the macro economic situation, deposits of natural resources, financial environment and infrastructure of the three countries.
