SMT混装生产在许多电子产品的生产制造中大量使用,为此对SMT混装生产时需要考虑的一些制造工艺性问题进行了阐述,给SMT技术人员提供了一个参考。
SMT mixed production is extensively applied in the assembly of electronic components and PCBs. The paper illustrates some of the concerns in SMT processing on SMT mixed production, and offers a reference for SMT engineer.
