摘要
目的:探讨女性性病患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的心理状况,并观察心理干预对治疗依从性的影响。方法:将214例确诊女性性病患者在明确诊断后实施治疗前予以焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评定其焦虑抑郁情绪,评定结果与107名健康女性评定结果进行对比分析。同时将该214例确诊的女性性病患者随机分为两组:A组(心理干预组)、B组(非心理干预组),于治疗所患性病后第三周末进行患者的治疗依从性判定,比较治疗所患疾病过程中两组患者的治依从性。结果:女性性病患者焦虑发生率为84%,抑郁发生率为78%;焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);心理干预组患者的治疗依从性明显高于非心理干预组。结论:女性性病患者存在明显的焦虑抑郁情绪,可能成为其求诊和持续接受治疗的障碍,心理干预可提高其治疗依从性。
Objectives： To investigate the anxiety and depression of clinical female patients suffering from venereal diseases and observe the effect of psychological help on treatment compliance. Method： Two hundred and fourteen female patients were assessed by SAS and SDS to investigate their anxieties and depressions and compared with 107 normal subjects, and then randomized to receive additional or no psychological help to medical treatment and their treatment compliances compared, Results： The rate of anxious and depressive mood of female patients with venereal disease respectively is 84% and 78%. The psychological condition showed significant difference between patients and normal subjects （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Patients received psychological help showed better compliance in treatment. Conclusion： The female venereal disease patients are anxious and depressed, that may prevent them from receiving medical examination and continuous therapy. Psychological help can improve their treatment compliances.
