脉冲Nd:YAG激光照射对实验性大鼠慢性牙周炎的作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨脉冲Nd:YAG激光照射对大鼠实验性牙周炎牙周临床指标及牙周组织中一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响。方法:健康Sprague—Dawley大鼠共64只,随机分为8组,正常对照组(N组),药物对照治疗组(D组),牙周炎阳性对照组(P组),其余5组按照给予不同剂量激光照射治疗。末次治疗15d后测量牙周临床指标牙龈指数(GI),牙槽骨吸收值ABL(Alver bone loss),菌斑指数(plaque index,PLI),采用分光光度仪测定大鼠牙周组织中NO的含量。结果:各剂量组ABL、NO值较未照射组(P组)显著降低(P〈0.05)。1.5~2.0W 20pps剂量组激光照射后牙周指数均较P组显著降低(P〈0.05),与D组无显著差异。结论:在1.5~2.0W 20pps剂量范围内,采用脉冲Nd:YAG激光牙周袋内照射能有效改善牙周指数,降低实验大鼠牙周组织中NO含量,耗到治疗牙周书的作用。 AIM: To observe the effect of different energy levels of pulsed Nd :YAG laser irradiation on changes of NO content in periodontal tissue of periodontitis model and changes of periodontal index. METHODS: 64 Sprague -Dawley rates were randomly divided into 8group. 1 group was assigned as the control(N). 1 group was as- signed as the drug treatment(D). 1 group was assigned as the positive control of periodontitis(P) . The rest 5 groups were established as the animal model of periodontitis with different energy levels of pulsed Nd :YAG laser irradiation. Clinical indexes of periodonfitis were detected 15 days after the last treatment. The changes of NO level in the periodontal tissue were assayed by spectrophotometry. RESULTS: Level of ABL, NO in each energy level group was significantly lower than the P group ( P 〈 0.05 ) . The periodontal index with 1.5 - 2.0W 20pps pules Nd ~ YAG laser irradiation group were significantly lower than the P group ( P 〈 0.05), no significantly change in the drug group. CONCLU- SION : 1.5W - 2.0W 20pps of pulsed Nd :YAG laser irradiation on periodontal pocket of the rats can decrease the NO content effectively in periodontal tissue and also can improve the periodontal index.
