摘要 茶叶用80%乙醇水溶液在50℃恒温浸提两次,每次30min,浓缩浸提液,经T352复合物溶液进行脱色、乙酸乙酯提纯、柠檬酸水溶液洗涤后,减压浓缩回收乙酸乙酯,茶多酚得率为13.00%,茶多酚的纯度及咖啡因含量分别为96.42%、3.66%。 Green tea powder were soaked with 80% ethyi alcohol at 50℃ two times,and the extracts were concentrated.Being,eliminated pigment with T352 reagent,the aqueous layer was extracted,with EtoAC three times.The EtoAC layer was backextracted with citric acid solution,then the EtoAC was removed with a rotary evaporator from the extracts.The product percentage of Tea Polyphenols was 13.00%,the purity and the content of caffeine in the Tea Polyphenols was 96.42% and 3.66% respectivity.
