摘要
在临床见习教学中引入以问题为基础学习(problem—basedlearning,PBL)教学方法,通过预习、讲解、问诊、体格检查、讨论、病历书写、汇报病例、教师指导总结等一系列教学环节,逐步形成了以病例为基础的临床见习教学模式,受到了师生的一致好评,取得了良好的实习效果。
The medical case-based teaching model has been adopted in our intra-course clinical practice, which includes a series of reforms and practices throughout the whole teaching process. This method includes previewing, explaining, inqniring, body-examining, discussing, case history taking, case reporting, and followed by teacher' s advising and summarizing. It is highly praised by all teachers and students for its satisfactory effects. In this way, we have gradually developed a set of intra-course clinical practice model based on clinical cases.
