摘要
目的探讨七年制临床医学专业妇产科学教学方法改革的可行性及成效。方法将基础知识水平相同的62名七年制临床医学专业学生分为实验组和对照组,对两组学生采取不同的教学方法,比较教学效果。结果实验组学生对妇产科学的学习积极性显著改进,学生的接受能力、课堂测试成绩和量化评分均优于对照组学生。结论七年制临床医学专业妇产科学教学方法需要进行不同程度的改革,才能达到因材施教、不断提高教学效果的目的。
Objective Study on the feasibility and results of the teaching method reform of gynaecology and obstetrics for seven-year program medical students. Method 62 medical students with same knowledge level were divided into reform group and comparison group. Different teaching method had been used and the exam results were compared between the two groups. Result The students of reform group had higher receptivity and performance than those of the comparison group. Conclusion Teaching method reform should be carried out to improve the teaching effect.
