住院医师规范化培训与人训前学位培养的衔接

The exploration of the connection between residency program and previous academic degree training

为了探索住院医师规范化培训与入训前学位培养的衔接，本文通过总结四川大学华西医院2003年以来开展的住院医师规范化培训与入训前学位培养的衔接工作，提出了按照入训前的专科工作情况和临床经验、培训一年后的考核结果、专家组意见和行政审批三者相结合的原则，建立住院医师规范化培训与入训前学位培养的衔接模式，为住院医师规范化培训和入训前学位培养的合理衔接提供了一种解决方案。

This paper explored the connection model between residency program and previous aca- demic degree training, West China Hospital＇s related experiences accumulated since 2003 were reviewed. It was concluded that the residents＇ clinical experiences and actual specialty exposure before residency pro- gram, the first annual assessment, the expertise and the administrative approval should be taken into con- sideration simultaneously, which seems to be a solution to the connection between residency program and previous academic degree training.
