摘要
通过单因子分析法对玉米醇溶蛋白(Zein)的提取参数作了比较研究。确定了相关参数为:脱脂样品原料用60%乙醇在60℃提取两次,每次30分钟,然后3%盐溶液沉淀后冷冻干燥。
The author studied the preparation of zein from gluten meal and established the extract condition as follow: gluten meal was extracted twice with 60% alcohol at 60℃ ,supernatant was dropped into twice the volume of cool water solution which contains 3% NaCl. Residue was washed and freeze dried.
