摘要
以纯化的黑米色素为原料，进行动物营养实验。结果表明：黑米色素对提高动物肌体的抗疲劳能力与抗缺氧能力的趋势是明显的。论证了黑米色素可以作为一种具有天然保健功能的色素添加剂。
Using pure black rice pigment as material, the author has made an animal nutritional test. The result shows that black rice pigment has a clear tendency to enhance the ability to resist fatigue and bear the lack of oxygen of animal baby. It proves that black rice pigment can serve as a natural healthful pigment additive.
