摘要
在实验室中研究了三种连续环氧化反应工艺工业化运行的可行性,结果表明:离子交换树脂柱连续催化环氧反应工艺和离子交换树脂柱与填料柱相结合的连续环氧化反应工艺无法成功运行,而采用多釜串联连续环氧化反应工艺在实验中取得成功。
A feasibility study on three kinds of continuous epoxidation process was carried on. The results show that the continuous epoxidation process equipped with ion-exchange resin column and another process combining ion-exchange column with packed column were not successfully conducted, but the other process with the cascade of stirrer-equipped vessels has been successfully developed.
