Constructing a scientific and effective test assessment system is a significant task of our country＇s education and examination work at present. In this new historical era, not only should tests display the function of selecting people, but also they should shoulder the responsibilities of cultivating people and promoting teaching. This essay introduces ACT＇s ACT reports and Pearson EM＇s Perspective and PASeries reports, summarizes their strengths, and could bring ideas to the reform of country＇s test assessment system.
