摘要 本文阐述了我国现行的大米、小麦粉精度标准样品的定义、用途、类型与等级、研制、分析与评定、权限与有效期限、证书、包装、运输及保存等要则。本文对大米、小麦粉精度标准样品的研制、复制和使用等具有参考作用。30多年来,大米、小麦粉精度标准样品广泛应用于我国粮食部门乃至其它领域,创造了很大的经济效益和社会效益。 The paper expounds the important principle to make standard control sample to show rice and wheat flour fineness on definition, usage, grade, preparation, analysis, regulation, period of validity,certificate ,pakage, transport and preservation in China for the time being.The paper has importance of direction in preparation and repetition of standard control sample of rice and wheat flour fineness.The standard control sample of rice and wheat flour fineness has been widely applied in grain sectors and the other fields in China, and it has brought largely economic and social benefit.
