摘要
气象通信网络存在着覆盖面积广,传输距离长的特点。过去气象通信主要以卫星通信技术为主,随着光通信技术成为下一代网络转型中的重要支撑技术,气象部门组建了范围覆盖全国的气象宽带网络。如何在长距离宽带网中解决好路由震荡的问题及全网的带宽分配问题即QoS保证呢?文中从气象宽带网络的结构出发,描述如何以BGP与OSPF相结合的路由策略解决全网路由震荡的问题,提出了结合气象数据业务通过CBQ动态实现对全国气象宽带通信网络系统各种业务数据的QoS保证的实现方法。
Meteorological communication network has broad coverage and long-distance transmission. Usually, meteorological communication relies on satellite communication. Now, with the light wave communication as the important means in the next generation network, the CMA has constructed the meteorological broad-band network, which covers the whole country. How to solve the problems of route shock and band distribution? Based on the construction of meteorological broad-band network, the paper describes the technique of SDH optical fiber, the solution for route shock of the whole netwok by combining BGP with OSPF, and gives the method for dynamically ensuring QoS of various data operations in CMA broad-band communications network by CBQ based on meteorological data operations.
