Near Isogenic Lines Breeding with the Resistance Gene to Maize Ear Rot by Marker Assistant Selection

摘要 在QTL分析的基础上,采用感病自交系N 6为轮回亲本,抗病自交系BT-1为非轮回亲本,通过回交育种程序结合分子标记辅助选择,经过1次杂交,5次回交,1次自交,获得了分别含有第4染色体和第6染色体上抗病基因的近等基因系. Based on the QTL analysis against Fusarium ear rot, the near isogenic lines were developed as follows: using susceptible line N 6 and resistant line BT-1 as recurrent parent and non-recurrent parent, respectively, phenotypic selection was conducted, together with marker assistant selection for selecting the genetic background of N 6, and the resistance genes on chr. 4 and chr. 6 were also screened by SSR markers. After crossed once, backcrossed 5 times and selfed once, 20 NILs with resistance gene on chr. 4 and 21 NILs with resistance gene on chr. 6 were developed.
