摘要
对旺长期喷施锌肥条件下豫西烤烟的香气物质含量和评吸质量进行了分析.结果表明,锌对豫西烤烟叶片香气物质含量和评吸质量的影响明显,其中对下部烟叶香气物质含量的提高效果最大.从香气物质数据上看,锌明显提高了豫西烤烟叶片中β-大马酮、7,11,15-三甲基-3-亚甲基十六烷-1,6,10,14-四烯和新植二烯等香气物质含量,促进了叶片苯丙氨酸类、棕色化产物类和类胡萝卜素类香气物质的形成,促进了上部叶片类西柏烷类香气物质含量的增加.从评吸评价结果看,锌促进了豫西烤烟下部和中部叶片香气质量的提高.
Neutral aroma components and flavor quality in flue-cured tobacco leaf in the west of Henan Province under the zinc fertilizer were studied. The results show that zinc fertilizer prompted the content of aroma components and flavor quality in flue-cured tobacco leaf, especially in luggs. Zinc fertilizer prompted the content of β-damascone, 7,11,15-trime-thy-3-subunitsixteenalkane-1,6,10,14-four alkene and neophytadiene in flue-cured tobacco leaf and prompted the content of phenylalanine（total） , products of browing reaction, carotenoid, and the cembratriendiol in uppers. Zinc fertilizer prompted the increase of the content of the flavor quality in luggs and cutters of flue-cured tobacco leaf in the west of Henan Province.
