摘要
为改善容器栽培根际通气环境,在距容器底部不同位置安装一透气的塑料盆托,研究了3种不同根际通气环境(盆托距花盆底部2,4,6?,分别用IC1,IC2,IC3表示)对盆栽黄瓜生长初期及根际CO2含量的影响.结果表明,不同类型容器均能不同程度改善黄瓜植株根系和地上部的生长.定植后13 d,IC3处理黄瓜的根鲜重、根干重依次为8.63,0.35 g,比对照(不加通气管及盆托)分别增加了9.30%和5.67%,差异达显著水平;在13:00时,IC3处理黄瓜根际CO2含量为0.309%,比对照降低了29.4%.在规格为上部直径21.5 cm、底部直径16 cm、高度17.5 cm的栽培容器中,盆托与容器底部的最适宜距离为6 cm.
Installing a breathable plastic pot mendicancy at the different position of vessel base to improve the rhizosphere ventilation environment to study the effects of three of different rhizosphere ventilation environment on potted cucumber at the initial stage of growth (the distance to pot mendicancy is 2, 4 and 6 cm, and show them with IC1 ,IC2,IC3 respectively). The results show:the different types vessel can obviously improve the roots and top growth. 13 d after setting, the fresh root weight and dry root weight of IC3 were 8.63 and 0.35 g, respectively, which increased by 9.30 % and 5.67% compared with the control (without plastic pipe and plastic pot) and the difference reached significant level; CO2 concentration of root rhizosphere of cucumber on IC3 was 0. 309 % at 13:00,which reduced by 29.4% compared with the control. In a vessel with the upper stem diameter of 21.5 cm, base diameter of 16 cm and height of 17.5 cm,the optimum distance is 6 cm between pot mendicancy and vessel base.
