近代彩票研究述略

Study of the Modern Lottery

彩票是以抽签给奖方式进行筹款或敛财所发行的凭证。在旧社会,由于发行机制不健全、政府监控力度不够等原因,发行彩票带来了很多弊端,在社会上也留下了不好的影响。新中国成立以后,彩票更与盗、匪、赌、娼一起,被作为旧社会丑恶的见证,一起被扫进了"历史的垃圾堆"。很少人提起它,更不用说研究它。近些年来,随着社会史研究的纵深发展,人们开始关注和研究它,并取得了一定的成绩。本文从几个方面对近代彩票研究做一简要概述,以求对这一课题的深化研究有所裨益。

In recent years, as the history of social development of the depth of research, people began to pay attention and study it, and have achieved certain results. This paper intends to do a brief overview from several aspects of the study of modern lottery ,in order to deepen research.
