喹乙醇代谢物3-甲基-喹啉-2-羧酸的合成与鉴定

摘要 本实验研究了喹乙醇饲料添加剂的生物代谢物3-甲基-喹啉-2-羧酸的制备方法所制备的产品。主要通过利用保险粉先对原料乙酰甲喹进行脱氧,温度控制在70℃,反应过程中通过薄层色谱法(TLC)进行定性分析,得到了纯度很高的中间产物3-甲基-2-乙酰喹啉,对其进行再卤化反应,反应过程中用碘化钾试纸进行检测,得到了纯度高达99%的产物3-甲基-喹啉-2-羧酸,整个制备过程简单,易操作,且安全性高。 This study was to synthesis a metabolite of additive of Olaquindox named methyl-3-quinoxaline-2-carboxylic acid.The main procedure of synthesizing this metabolite was described as follows: (1)sodium hydrosulfite was used to deoxidize the mequindox,the temperature was 70 ℃ and the method of TLC was adopted to determine the reaction; (2) after the medium product 3-methyl-2-acetyl-quinoxaline was reacted with sodium hypochlorite,the process was inspected with starch potassium iodide paper; (3)methyl-3-quinoxaline-2-carboxylic acid was synthesized with high purity and characterized by HPLC-MS.The whole reaction was safe and easy to handle.
