摘要
本研究利用甲酸和无水碳酸钾为原料,探讨合成饲料添加剂二甲酸钾的优化工艺条件。结果表明,当原料投料比为1.5∶1,反应时间1.5h,反应温度60℃时,产品收率达到80.3%。
Potassium diformate,a kind of feed additive,was synthesized from formic acid and anhydrous potassium carbonate.The optimum reaction condition was determined.The results showed that when the mass ratio of reactants (formic acid:anhydrous potassium carbonate) was 1.5:1 ,reaction time was 1.5 h and reaction temperature was 60 ℃,produet rate reached 80.3 %.
