二甲酸钾的合成方法研究

本研究利用甲酸和无水碳酸钾为原料,探讨合成饲料添加剂二甲酸钾的优化工艺条件。结果表明,当原料投料比为1.5∶1,反应时间1.5h,反应温度60℃时,产品收率达到80.3%。

Potassium diformate,a kind of feed additive,was synthesized from formic acid and anhydrous potassium carbonate.The optimum reaction condition was determined.The results showed that when the mass ratio of reactants （formic acid：anhydrous potassium carbonate） was 1.5：1 ,reaction time was 1.5 h and reaction temperature was 60 ℃,produet rate reached 80.3 %.
