摘要 本文综述了影响DDGS安全性的主要因素及其在奶牛生产中应用的安全风险,并探讨了黄曲霉毒素B1在动物体内的代谢情况。 The affecting factors of distillers dried grains with solubles （DDGS） on security and its security risk on dairy production,and the metabolism of aflatoxin B1 in animal were reviewed.
