摘要
将氧化型油脂,用水蒸汽蒸馏的方法进行改质处理,并对改质后的油脂和质量好的油脂作对比,进行贮藏试验。结果表明,过氧化值的变化基本一致。
The oxidative oils are handled for improving quality with water vapour distillation Compared with the good-quality oils,storage properties of the quality-improved oils are tested.The research results show:change of the peroxide value is similar.That prove the oxidative oils can be achieved the quality requirements of edible oils with water vapour distillation.
