本研究探讨了银杏叶提取物对鲫鱼血液生化指标和抗氧化功能的影响。研究结果表明,银杏叶提取物可增加试验鱼血清中总蛋白质、球蛋白、白蛋白水平和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性,降低血糖水平、甘油三脂及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。

The effect of Ginkgo biloba leaf extract （GBE）on the biochemical indicators of blood and the antioxidant enzyme activities in Carassius auratus Carp were investigated.The results showed that：GBE added to the diets could increase the contents of total protein, albumin, globulin and the activities of superoxide dismutase（SOD）, glutathione peroxidase（GSH-Px） and catalase （CAT）In the serum,and reduce the contents of blood sugar,content of tri-glycerin and malondialdehyde（MDA）in the serum.
