运用犯罪经济理论剖析大学生考试中诚信缺失现象

Analysis of College Students' Lack of Credibility in Examination with Criminal Economic Theories

考试是一柄双刃剑。科学合理的考试制度是人才培养过程中的一个重要环节,是检查教师教学效果,检验学生对知识和技术掌握程度的手段。而不合理、僵化的考试制度则会影响着考试功能的正常发挥甚至出现考试作弊等逆向选择。调查表明,中国大学生考试中作弊现象屡有发生,诚信意识普遍不强,严重影响了考试应有的严肃性。用经济方法说明大学生作为一个理性的"经济人",只要是作弊成本小而学习收益低,考试中放弃诚信是其最佳选择,可见,学生考试作弊有其制度上的根源。

Examination is a double-edged sword. Scientific and rational examination system is an important link in talent cultivation, by which we can test the effects of teachers＇ teaching and students＇ learning. But unreasonable and rigid examination system will affect the normal function of the examination, and even worse, lead to adverse selection of cheating in examination. Survey shows that some college students in China do not have a strong sense of integrity, cheating in exams, which damages the seriousness of examination. This article proves from an economic perspective that college students as a rational economic man will seek to abandon integrity so long as cheating is a low-cost and learning has small benefits. Therefore, there is some root cause in the system for cheating in examinations.
