强制性使用运动治疗的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 强制性使用运动治疗(constraint—induced movement therapy,CIMT)是指采用物理手段限制使用健侧上肢,强迫患者使用患侧上肢完成功能活动,从而使“习得性废用”(learned nonuse)得到逆转。CIMT使传统的康复理论受到了挑战。传统的康复技术是让患者使用健侧上肢进行代偿,完成日常生活活动。一些研究结果显示,CIMT可以显著改善慢性及亚急性患者偏瘫上肢的运动功能。现将CIMT的研究进展综述如下。
