康复训练对Bryan颈椎间盘假体置换患者术后疗效的影响 被引量：1

摘要 颈椎前路椎间盘切除椎间植骨融合术是目前治疗颈椎病的标准手术之一，但颈椎融合后常导致邻近融合节段的椎间盘过早退行性变并出现临床症状，故切除椎间盘后如何重建颈椎正常力学环境、恢复患者运动功能是目前颈椎病领域中的研究热点。随着人工颈椎间盘置换术的出现，上述问题得到了有效缓解，该技术既切除了病变椎间盘、解除了脊髓压迫，又保留了椎间隙高度及该节段运动功能，
