摘要
目的建立食用黑米饲料替代墨汁灌胃测定动物排便时间的模型。方法将小鼠60只随机分为黑米饲料组、墨汁灌胃组、黑米饲料便秘组、墨汁灌胃便秘组、黑米饲料腹泻组、墨汁灌胃腹泻组6组。将大鼠20只随机分为:黑米饲料组和墨汁灌胃组。分别采用喂养黑米饲料和墨汁灌胃测定各组小鼠和大鼠首次黑便排出时间、6h及7~12h内排黑便粒数、12h内黑便总量、血清中皮质醇含量、肠道墨汁和黑米推进率。结果各组首次黑便排出时间、6h及7~12h内黑便粒数、1h内肠道墨汁和黑米推进率均无显著差异,便秘颜色差异不明显。墨汁灌胃组鼠的血清中皮质醇含量较黑米饲料组明显升高。结论食用饲料可以代替墨汁灌胃测定鼠的排便时间。
Objective To establish animal model of defecation time measurement by black rice feeding instead of ink gastric perfusion. Methods 60 mice were divided into 6 groups randomly : black-rice feeding group, ink gastric perfusion group, black-rice feeding constipation group, ink gastric perfusion constipation group, black-rice feed diarrhea group, ink gastric perfusion diarrhea group. In black-rice feeding group and ink gastric perfusion group ,we separately adopted black rice fodder and ink gastric perfusion method to measure the defecation time of the first black stool, the black stool number in 6 hour and 7 - 12 hours, total stool weight in 12 hours,stool color,small intestine propellent rate and the cortisol level in serum. Results The defecation time of the first black stool,the black stool number in 6 hour and 7 - 12 hours,total stool weight in 12 hours,stool color,the advancement rate of ink and black rice in 1 hour were not significant difference, the difference of stool color was not significant. The coritisol level in serum of the ink gastric perfusion group was significantly higher than that of the black-rice feeding group. Conclusion The black-rice feeding can replace ink gastric perfusion to determine animal defecation time.
