HPLC法测定不同采收期小叶榕叶中异牡荆苷的含量

Content analysis of isovitexin in Folium Fici Microcarpae of different growth stages by HPLC

目的建立小叶榕叶中异牡荆苷的含量测定方法，并比较不同采收期小叶榕叶的异牡荆苷的含量差异。方法用HPLC法进行测定，流动相为甲醇-水（38：62），检测波长为270nm。结果不同采收期药材异牡荆苷最高含量达0．69％，最低为0．18％，7～12月份含量明显高于其他月份。结论该方法简便，准确，重复性好，适于小叶榕叶中异牡荆苷的含量测定。

Objective To develop a quantitative method to determine isovitexin in Folium Fici Microcarpae, and to compare the content of isovitexin in Folium Fici Microcarpae of different growth stages. Methods HPLC method was used by using MeOH-H2O （38：62 ） as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was at 270 nm. Result The highest content of isovitexin from different growth stages was 0. 69%, and the lowest was 0.18%. The contents in 7 - 12 moths were significantly higher than other months. Conclusion This method was simple, quick and accurate for determination of isovitexin in Folium Fici Microcarpae .
