石墨炉原子吸收法测定氢化大豆油中镍的含量 被引量:6

摘要 目的建立测定氢化大豆油中镍含量的方法。方法采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法,以塞曼背景校正,标准加入法测定。结果标准加入法所得相关系数r=0.9995,平均加样回收率为91.4%-97.0%。结论本方法操作简单,结果稳定准确,灵敏度高,可有效控制该药用辅料的质量。 Objective To establish a method for determining the content of nickel in hydrogenated soybean oil. Methods Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used to analyze the nickel in the oil with Zeeman background correction. Results The correlation coefficient in standard addition calibration technique was more than 0. 999 with the recovery of 91.4% - 97.0%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and stabile.
