影像学检查在急性缺血性脑卒中的应用及其认识

摘要 急性脑梗死是神经系统常见疾病之一.是各种原因所致脑部供血动脉急性阻塞,使相应部位脑组织出现血液循环障碍而引起的一系列脑组织缺血、缺氧或坏死的严重临床症状和体征。由于急性脑梗死的致残率和病死率都很高,其早期诊断和治疗一直是临床关注的问题。20世纪90年代以来.随着功能性磁共振成像(MRI)及多排螺旋CT技术的发展,神经影像学已突破传统形态学诊断的局限.进入脑形态学与功能学相结合的综合诊断新领域。本文就急性缺血性脑卒中的影像学检查进展作一介绍。
