摘要
以粉末冶金多孔材料制作实验装置的结合面,建立实验系统的单自由度解耦模型,进行结合面在有油介质和无油介质情况下刚度和阻尼系数的实验识别。实验数据说明,结合面在有油介质情况下其力学特性能获得一定的提高,因而运用粉末冶金多孔含油材料作为机床结合面材料具有广阔的应用前景。
Research joints with metallurgical powder material, and constitute uncoupling model with one degree of freedom of experimental system,identify the stiffness and damp in the two cases:no medium and with oil on the joints. The experiment datum shows, the mechanics characteristic of the joints acquires a certain exaltation under the situation with oil on the joints. And so, the application of manufacturing the joints of tool machine with metallurgical powder material will be extensively.
