摘要 分析一维机床主轴热传导模型,建立机床主轴的热传导模型。通过一维主轴实验验证,建立起基于反馈原理的机床主轴能量输入与耗散的热变形预报模型具有较高的预报精度,并确定其对预报整体机床热误差具有重要意义。 By analyzing one-dimension spindle heat conduction model, and do some analysis by setting machine tools spindle heat conduction model. In addition, through experiment testifying setting thermal deformation of machine tool spindle based on feedback principle of energy input and dissipation model has perfect forecasting precision. It has an important role in forecasting the thermal error of machine tool.
