装配型制造企业车间物流信息系统研究

The research of logistic information system for assembly plant

针对装配型制造企业车间物流特点和信息化建设的需求,研究面向制造执行系统(MES)的车间物流信息系统。在分析车间物流的数据流程基础上,设计出具体的物流系统功能模块,并阐述物流信息系统与其他MES功能模块的集成。最后,将研究成果运用于重庆市某成套电器企业装配车间信息化建设中,取得了较好的应用效果。

In allusion to the characteristics of assembly plant and the requirement of promoting informatization. The MES oriented logistic information system for assembly plant was researched. Based on the analysis on logistic data flow in workshop,logistic information system was designed and the integration with other functions was expatiated. The results of this research was applied to a whole set electronic equipment industry in Chongqing,with satisfactory results.
