Research on the inventory control policies of aeronautical manufacture enterprise

分析航空制造企业库存控制策略,针对国内航空制造企业现状,研究了企业现代物流链条件下的库存管理面临的问题和挑战,提出符合现代航空制造特点的库存管理模式,采用ABC分类法、订货点法、供应商管理库存等,设计电子商务平台和库存管理辅助决策系统,给出以某航空制造企业库存管理为研究背景的优化实施策略。

Analyzed inventory management of aeronautical manufactures enterprise,and studied the new status and challenges in modem logistic chain. A novel inventory control policies of aeronautical manufactures enterprise is proposed,adopts the inventory with ABC method, vendor managed inventory model and reorder points,designs the e-commerce platform and decision-making system based the logistic chain simulation and supplier evaluation. Finally, an application of the proposed method was given.
