从零排放的角度出发,在对循环经济物质循环利用模型分析的基础上,构建了符合循环经济核心内涵和原则的评价指标体系。该指标体系基于环境、经济和社会发展指数,全面客观地反映循环经济的发展状况。

Studied from the zero emission theory ,established the evaluation indicator system of circular economy which was fit for its core connotation,and based on analyzing on the model of material circulate. This indicator system based on the environment,economy and the development of society can reflect its developmental level objectively.
