摘要
以航空相机镜筒组件的轴承环为研究对象,分析了淬火GCr15材料高精度切削中产生变形的原因,利用两种夹具和立方氮化硼刀具,在数控车床上成功完成了淬火工件的精加工。薄壁工件高精度加工一直是机械加工中的难点,淬火薄壁工件更为困难。对轴承环加工中工件变形问题进行了分析,用排除法逐项查找并解决了变形问题,借助于热处理工艺和改变装夹方式相互结合,实现了轴向夹具加工薄壁工件的目的,保证了精度要求。
Researching objects are our bearing rings of the drawtube groupwares for aviation cameras. Analyse the reasons lor material GCr15 taking place deformation during the cutting at high precision and complete the finish machining of quenching parts successfully at the numerical control lathe, using two kinds of clamps and cube boron-nitride tools. High and finish machining for the thin wall parts is always a difficuhy in machine process, especially for the thin wall quenching ones. Analyses the deformation problem existing during machining the bearing rings and research from item to item and solve the deformation problems with the elimination method. With the help of combination between the heat treatment technics and changing the clamping way, achieve the precision which machining the thin wall parts can not do so by axial clamp.
