摘要
目的研究酸性氧化电位水在不同条件下,对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和理化分析方法进行了实验室观察。结果在清洁条件下(不加有机干扰物),使用含有效氯37mg/L、pH值2.73的酸性氧化电位水作用1min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值为3.73;用含有效氯57mg/L的酸性氧化电位水作用1min,对金黄色葡萄球菌可达到完全杀灭。在菌悬液内加入1.5g/L小牛血清白蛋白(有机干扰物),使用相同的酸性氧化电位水作用1min,对金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值为0.99。在清洁条件下,将酸性氧化电位水pH值由2.29调整为7.90,其对金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值由8.02下降至2.44。结论酸性氧化电位水在清洁条件下对金黄色葡萄球菌具有快速杀灭作用,在含1.5g/L小牛血清白蛋白条件下,杀菌效果明显下降。
Objective To study the efficacy of EOW in killing Staphylococcus aureus under different conditions, Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and physical and chemical analysis methods were used to carry out laboratory observation. Results Under clean condition ( no organic interfering substance was added), the killing logarithm value of Staphylococcus aureus in suspension expoced to EOW containing available chlorine 37 mg/L at pH 2.73 was 3.73. The EOW containing available chlorine 60 mg/L with an 1 min contact time could kill Staphylococcus aureus completely. When 1.5 g/L calf serum albumin ( organic interfering substance) was added to the bacterial suspension, the killing logarithm value of S. aureus exposed to the same EOW for 1 min was 0.99. When no organic interfering substance was added, and pH was changed from 2.29 to 7.90, the killing logarithm value of Staphylococcus aureus dropped from 8.02 to 2.44. Conclusions EOW has a notable efficacy in killing Staphylococcus aureus when no organic interfering substance is added, but its efficacy obviously drops if a certain concentration of organic interfering substance ( 1.5 g/L calf serum albumin) exists.
