医院消毒与灭菌效果监测

MONITORING OF STERILIZATION AND DISINFECTION EFFICACY IN HOSPITAL

目的了解我院消毒与灭菌质量，为加强医院感染管理提供依据。方法采用现场抽样和检测方法，对医院不同对象消毒与灭菌质量进行了检测。结果2003～2007年连续5年我院宅内空气消毒合格率87．06％-97．02％。物体表面卫生合格率86．30％～96．55％；工作人员手合格率76．04％～95．83％；使用中的消毒剂合格率71．42％～99．38％；无菌物品灭菌质量和压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果监测合格率94．07％～100％；一次性使用物品检测合格率100％；内镜检测合格率86．65％～100％；口腔器材检测合格率100％。结论该医院消毒与灭菌质量合格率呈现逐年上升趋势，但灭菌质量需要提高，应加强管理。

Objective To understand the quality of sterilization and disinfection in our hospital in order to provide basis for management of nosocomial infection. Method On - the - spot sampling and testing were used to examine the quality of disinfection and sterilization of various objects. Results In the past 5 years, the eligible rate of disinfection of indoor air was 87.06% -97.02%. The sanitary eligible rate of object surfaces was 86.3% -96. 55% , those of hands of working staffs and disinfectants in use were 76.04% - 95.83% and 71.42%- 99.38% respectively. The eligible rates of sterilization quality of sterile articles and effectiveness of autoclave sterilization were 94.07% - 100%. The eligible rates of disposable items, sterilized endoscope and oral equipment were 100% ,86.65% - 100% and 100% respectively. Conclusion The eligible rate of sterilization and disinfection of the hospital trended to rise year by year, but it still needs improvement and administration should be strengthened.
